Located in Odense, Central Denmark, VSG can supply, manage and payroll numerous contractors on any given project throughout Scandinavia and Northern Europe, both on and offshore.
As part of your “go-to-team,” VSG will engage early in your planning process to ensure all resources are in place from the first day and for the duration of the contract.

Skills and Resources database
A comprehensive skills network throughout Scandinavia, Europe and the UK, gives VSG the ability to provide short, medium or long-term contract specialists across multiple disciplines onshore and offshore.
Where necessary VSG will facilitate upskilling and training for contractors prior to, or during their employment term. (I.e., IPAF, Telehandler, Work at Heights, Hot works etc.)

On-Site Service and day-to-day management
At Vantage Support Group our on-site service and representation are our strengths and your peace of mind.
You and your contract team have a dedicated “go-to” person for each site.
Each site manager is mandated to ensure safe work conditions for the contractors in addition to timely work deliverables.
VSG take care of any issue no matter how small, so you don’t have to. “We are there for You”.
All contractors undergo a thorough onboarding process including site briefing and a digital operation manual prior to arrival at the site. Our team can also include specific site or company briefings if required.
Our services can include, workplace rostering, rotation rostering, staff monitoring and tool supply.
Accommodation
Vantage Support Group has partnered with approved accommodation suppliers who provide quality accommodation options as close as possible to the site of work.
As standard, each worker will have their own bedroom (they can share rooms if they choose.)
All housing is fully equipped giving the contract worker a safe, clean “home away from home”.
Properties are inspected regularly to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and functionality.
A weekly or bi-weekly cleaning and linen service can also be provided.
Health & Safety
VSG regularly reviews health and safety policies to always ensure we are in line with the site, country, and company rules and regulations. Our contractors are provided with industry-approved standard PPE before arriving at the site.
In the unfortunate event of sickness or injury, our support team will take immediate appropriate action and provide contractors with rapid treatment options.

Transport Services
All transport options can be tailored for your convenience.
Our team can organise airport pick-ups and drop off or provide a range of self-drive vehicles from work trucks to luxury management vehicles through our approved provider network.
Salary and Payroll Services
All VSG contractor salaries are paid in accordance with local employment, tax, and workplace agreement laws relative to their personal circumstances.
Holiday pay, sick pay, and pension contributions (if eligible) are administered according to local requirements.
Payroll services can be provided for in-country compliance through our approved payroll providers.
